Описание приготовления:
Жаркое называется быстрым, поскольку все ингредиенты складываются в сковороду практически одновременно и пока оно будет готовиться, вы можете заниматься своими делами. В процессе приготовления ничего не нужно перемешивать, за счет этого подлива получается прозрачной. Если же хотите сократить еще и время приготовления жаркого, тогда замените свинину на курицу.

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Картофель, морковь и чеснок почистите, промойте вместе со свининой и обсушите.
Разогрейте в сковороде немого растительного масла, выложите в него нарезанную кусочками свинину, обжарьте до слегка золотистой корочки.
Как только свинина обжарится, одновременно добавьте к ней нарезанный ломтиками картофель, морковь и чеснок, аккуратно перемешайте.
Влейте воду или бульон, он должен покрывать все ингредиенты почти полностью. Посолите и поперчите жаркое по вкусу, добавьте лавровый лист, доведите до кипения. Как только вода закипит, сделайте огонь самым тихим, накройте сковороду крышкой, установите таймер на 30 минут.
Спустя время откройте крышку, попробуйте бульон на вкус, посыпьте жаркое свежей рубленой зеленью.
