Описание приготовления:
Состав овощей можно изменить по своему вкусу. Часто в ясай ролле можно встретить помидоры, латук вместо шпината, авокадо и дайкон. Выбирайте овощи на свой вкус.
Рис тщательно промойте, залейте водой в пропорции 1:2, отварите под плотно закрытой крышкой 15 минут. Затем выключите плиту, выложите бумажные полотенца между крышкой и казаном и оставьте еще на 15 минут. Разогрейте в микроволновке уксус, разведите в нем соль и сахар, вылейте заправку в рис, хорошенько перемешайте, оставьте остывать.
Почистите болгарский перец, нарежьте его и огурец тонкими ломиками, морковь натрите на терке тоненькой соломкой.
Выложите на циновку лист нори, положите на него часть риса, противоположный край оставьте свободным. На рис выложите несколько листьев шпината.
На шпинат выложите несколько ломтиков огурца, болгарского перца и моркови.
С помощью циновки скрутите заготовку в ролл. Выложите роллы швом вниз, пусть полежат несколько минут, чтобы шов хорошо склеился.
Смочите острый нож в воде. Нарежьте ролл на порционные кусочки, выложите их на удобную посуду и подавайте с соевым соусом и маринованным имбирем. Ясай роллы готовы, подавайте сразу же после приготовления. Источник
