Описание приготовления:
Вкусные запеченные овощи в рукаве в духовке получаются как пропаренные, но с румяной корочкой. Их можно подать к столу как гарнир к мясному блюду или рыбному, в дни Поста и просто как закуску.

Перец болгарский — 3-5 Штук (мелкий)
Картофель — 1-2 Штук
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 2 Штуки
Масло растительное — 20 Миллилитров
Приправа овощная — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Соль — 1-2 Щепоток
Перец черный молотый — 1 Щепотка
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «Овощи запеченные в рукаве в духовке»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Вид овощей вы можете варьировать соответственно своему вкусу. Очистите от кожуры лук, морковь и картофель, промойте все овощи в воде.
Нарежьте картофель крупными кубиками, лук разрежьте на четыре части, а морковь нарежьте крупными кольцами. Высыпьте нарезки в глубокую емкость.
Перцы очистите от семян, срезав крышечки. Промойте перцы внутри и снаружи и нарежьте на части. Добавьте в емкость вместе с приправой, солью и молотым черным перцем. Все аккуратно перемешайте.
Сбрызните нарезки растительным маслом и выложите в рукав для запекания. Завяжите края рукава и разогрейте духовку до 180 градусов. Поместите рукав с овощными нарезками в форму или на противень, а противень — в духовку.
Запеките примерно 30 минут в зависимости от величины нарезки. Затем рукав разрежьте и запеките овощи еще 3-5 минут.
Выложите овощи из рукава на тарелку и подайте к столу горячими. Можно дополнить их любым соусом, паштетом, дипом и т.д. Источник
