Хочу поделиться рецептом полезного варенья из тыквы без сахара. Его можно добавлять в кашу по утрам, подслащивать диетические низкокалорийные блинчики или сырники.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить варенье из тыквы без сахара. Тыкву лучше брать сладких сортов, с оранжевой мякотью. Вместо агар-агара загустить варенье можно также пектином или каррагинаном. Эритрит вы можете заменить любым другим сахарозаменителем, например, стевией. Для сладости в варенье добавляется сахарозаменитель и сухофрукты, а чтобы оно было гуще агар-агар. Варенье получается ароматным и очень вкусным!

Тыкву очистите от кожуры и удалите семена. Нарежьте на маленькие кубики.
Апельсин ошпарьте кипятком. Снимите цедры, очистите и нарежьте мякоть апельсина на кубики.
Курагу запарьте в теплой воде минут 5. Затем мелко порежьте.
Переложите цедру, апельсин и курагу в кастрюлю с тыквой. Влейте воду. Доведите до кипения и варите на медленном огне 15-20 минут, пока тыква не станет мягкой.
В небольшом количестве (15-20 мл.) разведите агар-агар. Влейте его в кастрюлю, добавьте лимонный сок, эритрит, молотую корицу и мускатный орех. Снова доведите до кипения и варите варенье еще 5 минут.
Готовое варенье разложите в чистую стерилизованную баночку. Герметично закройте крышкой. Оставьте так до полного остывания.
