Греческий салат любят все, сегодня я вам предлагаю свою вариацию, которая нравится мне больше всего — греческий салат с копченой курицей. Очень аппетитно и ярко!
Описание приготовления:
Копченую грудку выбираем вкусную, также можно использовать окорок. Обязательно добавим овощи и салатные листья, немного лука, маслины. Сыр предлагаю взять твердый, но со сливочным вкусом. Для заправки можно использовать любимый соус или хорошее оливковое масло.

Ингредиенты:
Куриная грудка — 100 Грамм (копченая)
Помидоры — 70 Грамм
Огурцы — 70 Грамм
Лук — 30 Грамм
Салатные листья — 30 Грамм
Маслины — 30 Грамм
Сыр — 50 Грамм (твердый)
Масло оливковое — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Греческий салат с копченой курицей»
Салатные листья аккуратно промойте под прохладной водой и просушите. Порвите листья руками и выложите на тарелку, в которой будет подаваться салат.
Помидоры ополосните и просушите. Лучше выбирать небольшие томаты, к примеру, черри. Нарежьте помидоры дольками и выложите поверх листьев.
Огурцы сполосните и обрежьте концы с обеих сторон. Нарежьте огурцы небольшими дольками. Переложите нарезку в салат.
Выберите вкусный сыр и нарежьте его небольшими кубиками, разложите по тарелке.
Лук выбирайте сладкий, в противном случае замаринуйте его в уксусе. Добавьте полукольца лука в салат.
Копченое филе нарежьте тонкими пластинами и выложите в салат, также не забудьте добавить маслины без косточек. Сбрызните салат маслом, добавьте соль и перец по вкусу.
