Предлагаю отличный рецепт приготовления гречневой каши с печенью и грибами. Вкусное, полезное, диетическое блюдо станет замечательным вторым в обед или основным на ужин. Подавайте со свежими овощами.

Описание приготовления:

Гречка с печенью и грибами готовится очень просто и относительно быстро. Морковь с луком жарится считанные минуты, а когда вы добавите гречку и она будет варится, быстро обжарите печенку и грибы. Остальное сделает духовка. Вместо куриной печени можно взять любую другую. Это касается и грибов, только учтите, что лесные требуют более длительной тепловой обработки.

Ингредиенты:

Крупа гречневая — 250 Грамм
Печень куриная — 400 Грамм
Шампиньоны — 200 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Подсолнечное масло — 60 Миллилитров (20 мл. — для жарки грибов, 20 мл. — для печени и 20 мл. — для моркови с луком)
Масло сливочное — 50 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу

Количество порций: 5-6

Как приготовить «Гречка с печенью и грибами "Бистро"»

Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления гречки с печенью и грибами.

Морковь и лук очистите, помойте и нарежьте. Выложите в кастрюлю с толстым дном и налейте подсолнечное масло. Жарьте овощи 7-8 минут.

Гречку переберите, если нужно, хорошо промойте и выложите в кастрюлю с морковью и луком. Налейте 400-450 мл. воды, посолите по вкусу и варите гречку до полуготовности.

Шампиньоны очистите, помойте и нарежьте. Выложите в сковороду, налейте подсолнечное масло.

Жарьте грибы до испарения жидкости.

Куриную печень промойте, удалите прожилки и разрежьте на две части. Выложите в сковороду с подсолнечным маслом.

Обжаривайте до полуготовности. Немного поперчите и посолите.

В кастрюлю с гречкой добавьте шампиньоны и куриную печень.

Выложите сливочное масло, перемешайте и поставьте в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов на 20 минут.

Гречка с печенью и грибами "Бистро" готова. Подавайте со свежими овощами и соленьями.
