Кофейные зерна в шоколаде

Делюсь рецептом интересного десерта. Бодрящие кофейные зерна прекрасно сочетаются с темным шоколадом, а морская соль добавляет оригинальности. Получается очень вкусно!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить кофейные зерна в шоколаде. Лучше всего подойдет для этого рецепта темный горький шоколад, но можно взять любой. Морскую соль добавляйте опционально, можно также добавить молотый перец чили, если любите подобные необычные сочетания. Любители нестандартных сладостей должны точно оценить этот десерт.

Шоколад — 50 Грамм
Кофейные зерна — 25-30 Грамм

Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Кофейные зерна переберите и оставьте только целые.

Шоколад порубите ножом, поставьте на водяную баню и растопите до жидкого состояния.

Добавьте кофейные зерна в растопленный шоколад. Перемешайте, чтобы они равномерно покрылись шоколадом.

Выложите с помощью ложки кофейные зерна на пергамент для выпечки или силиконовый коврик. Сверху присыпьте морской солью. Уберите в холодильник на полчаса, чтобы шоколад застыл.
