Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить томатно-сливовый соус на зиму. Помидоры выбирайте спелые и мясистые, а сливы и яблоко кислых сортов. Из данного количества ингредиентов получается 500-600 грамм готового соуса. Соус получается густым, слегка остреньким, с легкой фруктовой ноткой. Подойдет и к макаронам, и для жаркого.
Сливу промойте, удалите косточки. Яблоко очистите от кожуры, удалите сердцевину, нарежьте ломтиками. Помидоры и репчатый лук нарежьте на крупные кубики.
Выложите подготовленные ингредиенты в кастрюлю и поставьте на средне-низкий огонь. Доведите до кипения, тушите под крышкой около часа, пока овощи и фрукты не станут мягкими.
Измельчите массу блендером до однородной консистенции. По желанию ее потом можно протереть через сито для большей однородности.
Добавьте соль, сахар, черный и красный молотый перец, кориандр и лавровый лист. Проварите на медленном огне 15 минут после закипания, без крышки. В конце влейте уксус.
Разложите соус по чистым стерилизованным баночкам, закатайте. Переверните вверх дном и оставьте так до полного остывания.
