  • 1 говяжья вырезка весом 1 кг
  • 700 г шампиньонов
  • 10 тонких ломтиков сыровяленой ветчины
  • 450–500 г слоеного бездрожжевого теста
  • 1 маленькое яйцо
  • оливковое масло
  • соль, свежемолотый черный перец

Шаг 1

Разогрейте духовку до 200 °С. С мяса срежьте все пленки, посолите со всех сторон и поперчите. Обжарьте мясо на сильном 
огне в оливковом масле со всех сторон до румяной корочки.
