Вкусные, нежные и ажурные блинчики можно приготовить даже без соды и разрыхлителя. Рецепт очень простой! Попробуйте!

Описание приготовления:

Приготовить блины без разрыхлителя можно буквально на скорую руку. Рецепт простой, а вот сами блины получаются нежные и очень вкусные! Даже без добавления соды и разрыхлителя можно получить замечательный результат. Главное — соблюдайте все правила: тесто должно быть достаточно жидкое, а сковорода должна быть хорошо разогрета.

На завтрак / На полдник / На праздничный стол / Масленица
Основной ингредиент:
Молочные продукты / Молоко / Мука
Блюдо:
Выпечка / Блины

Ингредиенты:

Яйцо — 1 Штука
Соль — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Сахар — 1 Ст. ложка
Молоко — 180 Грамм (теплое)
Кипяток — 180 Грамм
Мука — 120 Грамм
Растительное масло — 1 Ст. ложка

Количество порций: 8-10

Как приготовить «Блины без разрыхлителя»

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Взбейте яйцо с солью и сахаром.

Добавьте теплое молоко.

Перемешайте и добавьте муку.

Снова все перемешайте и влейте кипяток.

Энергично перемешайте, добавьте масло.

Перемешайте все еще раз. Тесто готово.

Разогрейте сковороду и смажьте ее маслом. Налейте тесто, равномерно распределяя его по всей сковороде.

Как только края подрумянятся, переворачиваем. Таким образом обжарьте все блины.

Блины без разрыхлителя готовы. По желанию смажьте их маслом или подавайте с любым топпингом. Приятного аппетита!
