Описание приготовления:
Для драника картофель нужно очистить, промыть, натереть. Добавьте соль, перец, яйцо и муку. Вот и все! Обжарьте с двух сторон до золотистого цвета. Драник можно разнообразить различными продуктами, например, мясом, сыром, зеленью или сладким перцем.

Перемешайте хорошо, чтобы картофельная масса равномерно была покрыта яйцом и мукой.
Разогрейте сковороду с растительным маслом. Выкладывайте картофельную массу равномерно по всему периметру. Жарьте на небольшом огне, чтобы картофель хорошо подрумянился.
Широкой большой лопаткой осторожно переверните драник и обжарьте хорошо с другой стороны. Если большой лопатки нет, то удобно перевернуть можно с помощью тарелки. Драник накройте тарелкой и переверните сковороду, потом верните драник и обжарьте.
Подавайте сразу же горячим со сметаной, зеленью, горошком. Приятного аппетита!
