Армянский суп из чечевицы "Воспи апур" с черносливом и грецкими орехами — вкусное, наваристое, сытное и ароматное первое блюдо. Это один из самых любимых домашних супов у народов Закавказья.
Описание приготовления:
Чечевица, как и все другие бобовые, очень полезный продукт и содержит большое количество белка, витаминов и минералов. Особенно популярны супы. Предлагаю приготовить первое блюдо армянской кухни с чечевицей. Простой по приготовлению, но на удивление вкусный чечевичный суп, хорошо подойдёт на каждый день. В вариантах армянской кухни в суп добавляют орехи и чернослив. Существуют и постные варианты данного супа, так что имейте в виду, что его смело можно варить и без мяса, и к постному столу.

Бульон куриный — 1,2 Литра
Чечевица красная — 120 Грамм
Картофель — 1-2 Штук
Морковь — 1 Штука
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Чернослив — 5-6 Штук
Орехи грецкие — 50 Грамм
Подсолнечное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Чеснок — 1-2 Зубчиков
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Армянский суп с чечевицей»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления супа.
Картофель очистите, ополосните, нарежьте и выложите в кастрюлю с бульоном.
Морковь и лук очистите, помойте. Нарежьте мелко лук, а морковь натрите на тёрке. Обжарьте в сковороде с маслом до мягкости.
Переложите обжаренные овощи в кастрюлю с бульоном и варите на среднем огне 10-15 минут.
Промойте чечевицу и добавьте в кастрюлю. Варите до готовности чечевицы.
Хорошо вымойте чернослив. Обдайте кипятком и подержите в горячей воде до размягчения. Нарежьте чернослив произвольно, но не крупно. Добавьте в кастрюлю.
Вслед за черносливом добавьте в суп хорошо измельчённые орехи. Посолите, поперчите.
В конце приготовления добавьте измельчённый чеснок и перемешайте.
