ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

свекла 3 кг
лук — репка 1 кг
морковь 1 кг
перец болгарский 1 кг
перец чили 1 шт.
помидоры 1 кг
масло растительное 200 мл
сахарный песок 7 ст.л.
соль засолочная 3 ст.л.
уксус 9% 150 мл
зелень: петрушка, укроп, сельдерей, кинза по 1 пучок(а)
вода 0,5 л

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Подготовить продукты к приготовлению. Помыть, обсушить.

Свеклу потереть на крупной терке, перец и лук нарезать кубиками. Помидоры пропустить через мясорубку. Морковь натереть на терке для корейской моркови. Зелень измельчить.

Шаг 2

В шестилитровую кастрюлю (можно больше) налить масло, положить морковь и тушить 7-10 минут.

Лук обжарить на сковороде и выложить в кастрюлю к моркови.

Затем влить воду и тушить 15 минут.

После добавить перец, свеклу, помидоры. Мешаем, добавляем соль, сахар.

Варить 1 час. За 15 минут — добавить зелень, а за 10 минут — уксус.

Шаг 3

Готово!

Выход продукта — почти 6 литров.
