Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить греческое мезе. Из свежих овощей можно добавить сельдерей или морковь, также можно добавить запеченных или жаренных баклажанов или цукини. Из соусов можно добавить тахини или дзадзики.

Болгарский перец запеките в духовке до темных подпалин, затем заверните в пакете и оставьте на пару минут пропариться. Очистите перец от семян и шкурки, нарежьте ломтиками. Сыр нарежьте кубиками, а огурец брусочками.
Для хумуса блендером измельчите консервированный нут с майонезом и лимонным соком до однородной консистенции. Добавьте соль и черный молотый перец по вкусу.
Питу поджарьте с двух сторон на сухой сковороде.
Нарежьте питу треугольниками.
