Ароматные и вкусные гренки с луком съедят даже дети, хотя они не очень жалуют такой овощ в супах или вторых блюдах. Гренки получатся румяными, пышными. Обязательно подайте к ним свежезаваренный чай!
Описание приготовления:
Красочные гренки с луком идеальны вместо хлеба при подаче к первому блюду: супу, борщу, рассольнику и т.д. Их можно взять с собой в дорогу, на работу или на пикник. Особенно вкусны они с различными соусами, сметаной любой жирности, паштетами.

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Лук лучше всего приобрести белый или красный, он менее горький на вкус. Очистите его от кожуры и промойте в воде.
Куриные яйца вбейте в глубокую емкость или миску, всыпьте овощную приправу и взбейте вилкой примерно 1-2 минуты.
Репчатый лук нарежьте мелкими кубиками и выложите нарезку во взбитую яичную массу. Всыпьте молотый черный перец и перемешайте.
Прогрейте в сковороде растительное масло и уменьшите нагрев до умеренного. Обмакните ломтики бекона с обеих сторон во взбитое яйцо и выложите вилкой на ломтик хлеба луковую нарезку. Выложите гренки в сковороду той стороной, на которой есть луковая нарезка, чтобы она сразу же запеклась. Обжарьте с одной стороны 2 минуты и переверните с помощью силиконовой лопатки на другую сторону. Обжарьте тоже 2 минуты.
Выложите румяные гренки с луком на тарелку и подайте к столу горячими. Источник
