Хек с кабачками в духовке — вкусное, незаменимое блюдо в летнюю пору. Рыба прекрасно подойдёт на ужин или в качестве второго блюда в обед. А сочные овощи добавят вашему организму необходимые витамины.

Приготовить хек в духовке очень просто. С этой задачей справятся даже начинающие кулинары. А изюминка этого рецепта заключается в том, что сама рыба хек и гарнир к ней из сочных кабачков и традиционных овощей готовятся вместе в одной посуде. Рыба пропитывается ароматом, овощным соком, становится нежной и сочной. Такое блюдо универсально в том плане, что в него кроме кабачков можно добавлять любые овощи. А запечь можно и в будни, и к праздничному столу.

Хек тушка — 500 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Кабачок — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Подсолнечное масло — 20 Миллилитров
Майонез — 1 Ст. ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Хек с кабачками в духовке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления хека с кабачком в духовке.
Морковь и лук очистите, ополосните. Морковь натрите на тёрке, лук нарежьте мелко. Выложите в сковороду и добавьте подсолнечное масло.
Обжарьте лук и морковь на среднем огне до мягкости.
Хек почистите, удалите плавники и внутреннюю плёнку. Вырежьте хребет.
В форму для запекания выложите обжаренные лук и морковь.
Кабачки вымойте и нарежьте кружками. Выложите на морковь с луком. Немного посолите.
Рыбу нарежьте на кусочки, выложите поверх кабачков. Посолите и поперчите.
Смажьте кусочки хека майонезом.
Накройте форму пищевой фольгой и поставьте в разогретую до 180-185 градусов духовку. Первые 20 минут запекайте рыбу с фольгой, затем снимите фольгу и запекайте ещё минут 15-20.
Хек запечённый в духовке с кабачками готов. Подавайте к столу в обед или на ужин. Источник
