Для тех, кто отказался от продуктов животного происхождения, хочу предложить рецепт веганских трюфелей. Потребуется минимум ингредиентов, а процесс приготовления не отнимет у вас много времени.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить веганские трюфели. Шоколад рекомендую использовать от 75% какао и выше, а кокосовые сливки жирностью не меньше 20%. По желанию в трюфели можно добавить измельченные орехи. Конфеты получаются кремовыми, нежными, с насыщенным шоколадным вкусом.
