Заливной пирог с фаршем и капустой универсален. Он отлично подходит к бульонам, любым первым блюдам вместо хлеба, а также неплох с чаем. Его подают в теплом или холодном виде, в будни и в праздники. Готовится очень просто и относительно быстро. Мясо можно брать любое по вкусу и наличию.

Капуста белокочанная — 250 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Куриное филе — 250 Грамм
Подсолнечное масло — 6 Ст. ложек
Мука — 170 Грамм
Кефир — 1 Стакан
Яйцо куриное — 2 Штуки
Соль — 0,5 Чайных ложки (в тесто)
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка (в тесто)
Сода — 1 Чайная ложка (без горки в тесто)
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Заливной пирог с капустой и фаршем»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления пирога.
Приготовьте начинку для пирога. Репчатый лук мелко нарежьте и выложите в сковороду.
Капусту нарежьте соломкой и добавьте к луку.
Налейте 2 столовые ложки подсолнечного масла и 4-5 столовые ложки воды. Накройте сковороду крышкой и тушите овощи на среднем огне до мягкости.
Куриное филе пропустите через мясорубку и выложите на горячую сковороду. Налейте 2 столовые ложки подсолнечного масла.
