Свежевыжатые соки — очень полезны взрослым и детям. Предлагаю приготовить сок из яблок и апельсинов, которые есть в продаже круглый год. Очень вкусный, кисло-сладкий, ароматный сок.

Описание приготовления:

Готовится яблочно-апельсиновый сок очень просто и быстро. Из указанных ингредиентов получается 700-750 мл. сока. Чтобы сок стал менее концентрированным, налейте в него немного холодной кипяченой воды или минеральной воды без газа и перемешайте. Можно добавить сахар, если фрукты очень кислые.
