Хочу поделиться своим любимым вариантом постного плова. Он получается ароматным и вкусным, а благодаря соевому мясу блюдо ещё и отлично насыщает!
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить плов с соевым мясом. Рис выбирайте сортов, которые подходят для плова. Лучше всего подойдёт "Девзира". Блюдо особенно понравится тем, кто отказался от продуктов животного происхождения.

Ингредиенты:
Рис — 120 Грамм
Мясо соевое — 40 Грамм
Морковь — 150 Грамм
Нут консервированный — 100-120 Грамм (или вареный)
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки
Чеснок — 3 Зубчика
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — 1/4 Чайных ложки
Паприка — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Куркума — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Зира — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Барбарис — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Кориандр — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 40 Миллилитров
Количество порций: 2
Как приготовить «Плов с соевым мясом»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Соевое мясо залейте кипятком и оставьте на 5-10 минут.
Затем слейте воду, промойте в холодной воде и хорошенько отожмите. Нарежьте соевое мясо небольшими ломтиками.
Лук и морковь нарежьте на маленькие кубики.
В разогретом растительном масле обжарьте репчатый лук, соевое мясо и морковь. Жарьте до мягкости овощей, примерно 10 минут.
Затем добавьте все специи и соль.
Добавьте нут, перемешайте и потушите ещё 5-8 минут под крышкой.
Рис промойте в тёплой воде до прозрачности. Выложите рис тонким слоем в сковороду, добавьте очищенные зубчики чеснока.
Затем влейте горячую воду так, чтобы она покрывала рис на 2 см. выше. Слегка подсолите. Готовьте под закрытой крышкой на медленном огне около 20 минут.
