Этот салат очень вкусный и необычный, с отличным сочетанием продуктов. Он отлично подходит к белым игристым винам. Персики можно использовать как свежие, так и консервированные — вкусно одинаково.

Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Свеклу заранее отварите до готовности, остудите и почистите от кожуры. Готовность всегда проверяйте ножом с длинным и тонким лезвием. Промойте и обсушите шпинат.
Если листья шпината крупные, нарежьте их, выложите на плоскую тарелку.
Персики и свеклу нарежьте небольшими ломтиками, выложите на шпинат.
Разложите кусочками творожный сыр, поломайте сыр с голубой плесенью, посыпьте им салат. Сбрызните все ингредиенты оливковым маслом первого отжима, посыпьте розовым перцем.
