  • 150 г овсяных хлопьев
  • 50 г изюма
  • 2 маленьких кисло-сладких яблока
  • 300 мл яблочного сока без сахара
  • 300 мл соевого молока
  • 1/2 ч. л. молотой корицы

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Залейте изюм кипятком и оставьте на 10 мин. Откиньте на сито.
