Омлет — это всегда вкусный, полезный и сытный завтрак. Предлагаю немного усложнить рецепт, и приготовить рулет из омлета с добавлением овощей. Получается блюдо, достойное любого праздничного стола.
Описание приготовления:
Такой омлет можно подать к столу в теплом виде на завтрак или холодным в качестве закуски. Блюдо красивое, яркое, полезное и очень вкусное. Ассортимент овощей выбирайте сами. Главное, чтобы они были красочными. Готовится омлет очень просто и быстро. В духовке он сильно поднимется, но после опадет, так и должно быть.

Ингредиенты:
Яйцо куриное — 5-6 Штук
Кабачок — 1/2 Штуки
Помидор — 1 Штука (небольшой)
Кукуруза консервированная — 50 Грамм
Укроп — 10 Грамм
Сметана — 2 Ст. ложки
Сыр — 50 Грамм (твердый)
Масло подсолнечное — 1 Ст. ложка
Лук зеленый — 10 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Количество порций: 7-8
Как приготовить «Рулет из омлета с овощами»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления рулета из омлета с овощами.
Выложите в миску нарезанные кубиками помидоры без семян и консервированную кукурузу.
Половину кабачка и твердый сыр натрите на терке и добавьте к остальным ингредиентам омлета.
Смесь яиц, сметаны, овощей и сыра посолите по вкусу и хорошо перемешайте.
В форму для запекания выложите пекарскую бумагу, смазанную маслом. Заполните её приготовленной яично-овощной смесью. Размеры моей формы 20х25 сантиметров.
Запекайте омлет в духовке, разогретой до 170 градусов 15-20 минут.
Омлет немного охладите и достаньте из формы. Аккуратно сверните его рулетом и заверните в пищевую пленку. Дайте хорошо остыть.
После разверните пищевую пленку и нарежьте рулет.
Сочный, нежный и вкусный рулет из омлета с овощами подавайте к столу в теплом или остывшем виде. Источник
