Описание приготовления:
Сам по себе адыгейский сыр довольно нежный и имеет более нейтральный вкус, но если его поджарить на сухой сковороде, появляется совершенно новый, невероятный вкус. Румяная корочка снаружи просто шикарно гармонирует с нежной структурой сыра, которая находится внутри. Также сыр можно жарить со специями, а вот подавать его необходимо обязательно со свежими помидорами — идеальное сочетание!

Помидоры — 200 Грамм

Как приготовить «Жареный адыгейский сыр с помидорами»
Подготовьте адыгейский сыр и сочный спелый помидор.
Адыгейский сыр нарежьте средними по толщине пластинами.
Сковороду разогрейте. Выбирайте хорошую сковороду с антипригарным покрытием. Масло в рецепте мы не используем. Выложите на горячую сковороду сыр и жарьте на среднем огне по 1 минуте с каждой стороны.
Помидор ополосните и просушите, нарежьте томат средними по толщине пластинами.
Выложите закуску на красивую тарелку, чередуя сыр и помидоры. Украсьте закуску и подавайте к столу.
