Сочные кабачковые котлеты станут более сытными, если вы приготовите их с манкой. Такое блюдо можно подать как гарнир к запеченному или отварному мясу, курице, рыбе со сметаной, майонезом или соусом.
Описание приготовления:
Румяные котлеты из кабачков — идеальное блюдо в летний сезон. Их можно подать с чесночным соусом или потушить в заливке с чесноком, майонезом или сметаной. Главное — приобретать молодые сочные плоды без жестких семян внутри.

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Кабачок приобретите молодой, без семян внутри и плотной кожуры. Промойте его в воде и срежьте хвостики с обеих сторон.
Натрите кабачок на терке с мелкими ячейками в глубокую емкость. Всыпьте соль и перемешайте. Оставьте на 10 минут, чтобы из натертой массы выделилась жидкость и слейте ее, прижимая массу ко дну емкости. Это условие обязательное, иначе у вас получатся оладьи, а не котлеты!
Затем вбейте в емкость куриное яйцо, всыпьте щепотку молотого черного перца и манную крупу. Перемешайте тщательно и оставьте на 20-30 минут для набухания манной крупы.
Прогрейте в сковороде растительное масло и выложите столовой ложкой в него кабачковую массу, слегка подровняйте, чтобы котлеты получились овальные. Обжарьте с одной стороны 1-2 минуты.
Переверните котлеты на другую сторону и обжарьте такое же количество времени на умеренном нагреве.
Выложите кабачковые котлеты на тарелку и подайте к столу горячими вместе со сметаной или любым другим соусом по вашему вкусу. Источник
