Описание приготовления:
Очень важную роль в этом рецепте играет белок! Он обволакивает картофель тонким слоем и схватывается при высокой температуре. Картошка запекается внутри своей оболочки, а снаружи получается хрустящая корочка. Специи для приготовления можете выбирать любые. Рассказываю, как приготовить картофель фри с яичным белком в духовке.

Картофель — 500 Грамм (среднего размера)
Белок яичный — 1 Штука (сырой)
Базилик сушеный — 1 Чайная ложка
Паприка молотая — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Картофель фри с яичным белком в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Картофель почистите и помойте.
Нарежьте картофель брусочками, как и положено для фри. Затем промойте брусочки в ледяной воде 2-3 раза от крахмала. Обсушите картофель хлопковым полотенцем и выложите в удобную миску.
Отделите белок от желтка. Взбейте белок вилкой вместе с выбранными специями и солью.
Влейте в картофель и тщательно перемешайте. При необходимости ещё раз подсолите. Постарайтесь, чтобы каждый кусочек был в белке.
Противень застелите пекарской бумагой и выложите картофель на небольшом расстоянии друг от друга. Духовку заранее разогрейте до 200 градусов и запекайте 20-25 минут.
