Быстрый завтрак легко можно приготовить из гречневых хлопьев на молоке. Получается вкусно, сытно и очень просто. Так что берите рецепт на вооружение!

Описание приготовления:

Каша из гречневых хлопьев готовится намного быстрее, чем из обычной гречки. А это немаловажно когда нужно быстро приготовить завтрак или перекусить. Если заменить обычное молоко кокосовым и подавать с растительным маслом ее можно подавать в пост. В такую кашу можно добавить мед, орехи, свежие ягоды или фрукты.

Молочные продукты / Молоко / Крупы / Гречка

Хлопья гречневые — 1/3 Стакана
Молоко — 1 Стакан
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Масло сливочное — По вкусу

В кастрюлю с толстым дном налейте молоко и поставьте на средний огонь. Доведите молоко до кипения.

Убавьте огонь до минимального и всыпьте, при помешивании, гречневые хлопья.

Варите кашу на медленном огне в течение 10 минут, перемешивая, чтобы не пригорела. В конце посолите кашу по вкусу.

Добавьте сахар и перемешайте.

Снимите кашу из гречневых хлопьев на молоке с огня и сразу подавайте со сливочным маслом.
