ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Яблоки запечь в духовке до мягкости. Протереть через сито, отделив от шкурки. Добавить мёд и корицу, взбить яблочное пюре венчиком.

Шаг 2

Семена чиа смешать со сливками Parmalat Chef 23%, коричневым сахаром и оставить на 2 часа для набухания. Можно оставить на ночь.

Шаг 3

В креманку первым слоем выложить яблочное пюре с корицей и мёдом. Затем выложить чиа со сливками. Украсить по своему вкусу.
