Хочу поделиться рецептом, как можно приготовить котлеты из кролика с кабачком. Котлеты получаются очень нежные, сочные и вкусные. Берите на заметку!
Описание приготовления:
Котлеты из мяса кролика сами по себе мягкие и вкусные, а кабачок сделает их еще нежнее и добавить фаршу сочность. Такое блюдо придётся по вкусу и детям, и взрослым, а подавать котлетки можно совершенно с любым гарниром. Котлеты по этому рецепту необязательно обжаривать, не менее вкусно получается если их запечь в духовке или приготовить на пару. Получится более лёгкий и диетический вариант. Берите на заметку!

Горячие блюда / Котлеты
Тушку кролика промойте. Тщательно срежьте всё мясо и пропустите через мясорубку. Жир, почки и печень так же можно пропустить через мясорубку и добавить к фаршу.
Вбейте в готовый фарш яйцо, булочку отожмите и так же пропустите через мясорубку, лук натрите на крупной тёрке, чеснок пропустите через пресс, кабачок натрите на мелкой тёрке и хорошо отожмите от сока, всё посолите и добавьте специи.
Хорошо перемешайте.
Сформируйте из фарша котлеты и обваляйте их в панировочных сухарях.
В сковороде разогрейте масло, выложите котлеты и обжарьте их с двух сторон до румяной корочки. По желанию котлеты можно в конце немного потушить.
