Мясо в процессе приготовления великолепно протушивается, благодаря чему имеет не только яркий и насыщенный вкус, но и само по себе просто тает во рту! В дополнении ко всему вместе с аппетитными котлетками у вас получается вкуснейшая подливка-соус. Такое блюдо будет отлично сочетаться с любым, даже самым простым гарниром. Берите на заметку!

Фарш свиной — 500 Грамм
Лук — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Яйцо — 1 Штука
Батон — 30 Грамм (мякиш)
Молоко — 70 Миллилитров
Сметана — 3 Ст. ложки
Томатная паста — 2 Ст. ложки
Мука — 3-4 Ст. ложек
Растительное масло — 50 Миллилитров
Вода — 400 Миллилитров
Сахар — 1,5 Чайных ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу
Количество порций: 12-14
Как приготовить «Котлеты из свинины в сметанно-томатном соусе»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Срежьте у батона корочки, мякиш раскрошите руками и залейте молоком.
Добавьте отжатый от молока батон, тёртый на крупной тёрке лук, яйцо, давленый чеснок, соль и специи по вкусу.
Хорошо перемешайте фарш до однородности.
Соедините сметану, томатную пасту и 1 ст.л. муки. Перемешайте, добавьте сахар и соль по вкусу. Тонкой струйкой влейте тёплую воду и перемешайте всё ещё раз до исчезновения комочков. Соус готов.
Из фарша сформируйте котлеты и обваляйте их в оставшейся муке.
Выкладывайте котлеты в хорошо разогретую сковороду с растительным маслом и жарьте на сильном огне с двух сторон до румяной корочки. Обжаривать котлеты лучше частями.
Обжаренные котлеты переложите в глубокий сотейник или кастрюлю.
Залейте котлеты соусом, накройте крышкой и после закипания тушите на небольшом огне около 20 минут.
Соус за это время загустеет и станет шелковистым.
