Котлеты из чечевицы — идеальный вариант для постного меню! Чечевица богата белком и имеет хороший аминокислотный профиль, она хорошо насыщает и имеет приятный вкус.

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить котлеты из тыквы и чечевицы. Тыкву лучше использовать крахмальных сортов, а чечевицу зеленую или коричневую. Специи вы можете подобрать на свой вкус. С чечевицей особенно хорошо сочетается молотый кориандр, хмели-сунели и порошок карри.
Замочите чечевицу в воде на 4 часа. Затем промойте, откиньте на сито и тщательно обсушите с помощью кухонного полотенца. Чечевица не должна быть мокрой.
Тыкву очистите от кожуры, нарежьте кубиками. Лук и чеснок тоже очистите, нарежьте ломтиками небольшого размера.
Измельчите чечевицу вместе с тыквой, луком и чесноком. Добавьте соль и приправу для курицы. Тщательно все перемешайте, затем добавьте глютен и еще раз вымесите фарш.
Сформируйте небольшие котлетки.
Обжарьте их на сковороде с маслом по 4-5 минут с каждой стороны до хрустящей корочки.
