Крем для вафельных коржей

Многие любят хрустящие вафельные тортики. Ведь это быстро, просто и вкусно. Предлагаю сделать ароматный крем для прослойки вафельных коржей. Вам непременно понравится!

Описание приготовления:

Орехи, конечно, можно брать ваши любимые. Только прокаливайте, сырые орехи испортят вкус крема. Количество белого шоколада можно удвоить, он придает готовому крему плотность и бархатистость, коржи остаются хрустящими, не размокают.

Основной ингредиент:
Молочные продукты / Сливочное масло / Сгущенка
Блюдо:
Десерты / Крем

Ингредиенты:

Масло сливочное — 300 Грамм
Сгущенное молоко вареное — 1 Банка
Белый шоколад — 1 Штука (плитка)
Фундук — 1 Стакан

Количество порций: 1

Как приготовить «Крем для вафельных коржей»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Орехи прокалите на прогретой сковороде пару минут, остудите и порубите блендером в крупную крошку.

Взбейте размягченное масло добела.

Добавьте частями вареную сгущенку, тщательно взбивая ее с маслом.

Белый шоколад растопите на водяной бане и дайте немного остыть – чтобы оставался мягким.

Добавьте шоколад в крем и еще раз взбейте.

Вмешайте в крем рубленые орехи, перемешайте.

Крем готов!

Можно промазать вафельные коржи или использовать в других целях.
