Описание приготовления:
Для суфле подойдет кабачок любой зрелости. Если кабачок молодой можно не очищать от кожицы и семян. А у зрелого плода нужно удалить корку и семена. Отжимать натертый кабачок не нужно, это придаст суфле более сочную структуру. И для суфле подойдет только куриная грудка, так как остальные части более плотные и блюдо не получится таким нежным.

Кабачок — 250 Грамм
Грудка куриная — 500 Грамм (из филе грудки)
Масло растительное — 3 Ст. ложки (2 ст.л. — в фарш, 1 ст.л. — для формы)
Мука пшеничная — 4 Чайных ложки
Перец черный — По вкусу
Сыр твердый — 50 Грамм
Молоко — 4 Ст. ложки
Сухари панировочные — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Яйцо — 2 Штуки
Количество порций: 6-8
Как приготовить «Куриное суфле с кабачками в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления куриного суфле с кабачками в духовке. Кабачок вымойте и удалите края плода.
В чашу блендера выложите фарш из куриной грудки, панировочные сухари, влейте молоко и 2 столовые ложки растительного масла. Разделите яйца на белок и желток. Добавьте желтки к фаршу, белки понадобятся позже. Все посолите, поперчите и пробейте до однородности. Переложите фарш в миску.
Кабачок очистите от кожуры и семян, натрите на средней терке. Добавьте в миску с фаршем и перемешайте до однородности.
Добавьте в фарш муку и хорошо перемешайте.
Сыр натрите на средней терке и выложите его в миску с фаршем.
Белки взбейте в пышную, устойчивую пену и аккуратно перемешайте.
Форму для запекания смажьте растительным маслом и переложите в нее фарш. Разровняйте поверхность фарша.
Поставьте форму с фаршем в горячую духовку и готовьте при температуре 180 градусов в течение 35-40 минут, до готовности. Достаньте форму из духовки, дайте постоять 10 минут и подавайте к столу.
