  • огурцы мелкие
  • помидоры черри
  • капуста цветная
  • лук
  • чеснок
  • морковь
  • кабачки
  • сладкий перец
  • листья смородины, вишни, дуба
  • укроп
  • хрен
  • перец душистый
  • гвоздика
  • лавровый лист

Для маринада

  • 4 л воды
  • 200 г соли
  • 100 г сахара
  • 250 г 9% уксуса

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Тщательно вымойте овощи. Капусту разберите на соцветья. Почистите морковь и кабачки, нарежьте их небольшими кусочками, размером с помидор черри.

Шаг 2

Простерилизуйте банки. Затем на дно каждой выложите листья смородины, вишни, дуба и укроп, сверху положите капусту, кабачки, лук, чеснок, огурцы, сладкий перец.
