Панкейки с тыквой , пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 400 г тыквы
  • 100 г меда
  • корица молотая — на кончике ножа
  • 3 куриных яйца
  • 300 мл молока 3.2%
  • 300 г муки
  • 50 г сахара
  • 5 мл растительного масла
  • 5 г разрыхлителя
  • 2 г ванилина
  • 5 г соли

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Тыкву без кожуры нарезать кубиком 1 см, добавить мёд, корицу, перемешать, завернуть в фольгу и запекать час в духовке при 180 С.

Шаг 2

Желтки отделить от белков. Желтки взбить с сахаром и солью, добавить молоко, просеянную муку, ванилин и разрыхлитель теста. Взбить до однородного состояния.

Выпекать на разогретой сковороде на растительном масле. Распределить тесто на 1 панкейк, выложить несколько кубиков запеченной тыквы, подождать, когда на поверхности начнут появляться пузырьки (2-3 мин.), перевернуть и отпекать ещё 1-2 мин.
