Подробнее, как приготовить помидоры с морковью по-корейски, я расскажу ниже. Помидоры лучше брать небольшого размера, плотные, с толстой кожицей, чтобы они лучше сохранили свою форму. По желанию можно увеличить количество красного перца, если любите острое.
Морковь помойте, очистите от кожуры, затем натрите на терке для корейской моркови.
Болгарский перец помойте, удалите семена и хвостик. Нарежьте крупными ломтиками и измельчите блендером до состояния пюре.
Добавьте в пюре сахар, соль и горчицу. Перемешайте до полного растворения. Затем добавьте все специи и измельченный чеснок, влейте уксус и растительное масло.
Помидоры помойте, затем разрежьте пополам. Крупные томаты можно нарезать четвертинками. Выложите их срезом вверх в подходящую для маринования емкость.
Сверху присыпьте морковью.
Затем добавьте соус из болгарского перца и мелко порубленную зелень. Чередуйте слои, пока не закончатся ингредиенты. Оставьте закуску при комнатной температуре на 3-4 часа, затем уберите в холодильник на 3-4 дня.
