Описание приготовления:
Рецептов приготовления ризотто очень много. Здесь мы добавим для сочности цукини и для пикантного вкуса и аромата креветки. Получится очень нежное и вкусное блюдо, которое можно смело поставить даже на праздничный стол. Вы удивитесь как его можно просто и быстро приготовить, и несомненно влюбитесь в его вкус!

Ингредиенты:
Рис для ризотто — 150 Грамм
Креветки — 100 Грамм (в очищенном виде)
Цукини — 1 Штука
Вино — 0,5 Стакана (белое сухое)
Лук — 1 Штука
Бульон — 500-600 Миллилитров (любой)
Масло сливочное — 30 Грамм
Растительное масло — 30 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 4-6
Как приготовить «Ризотто с креветками и цукини»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Лук нарежьте кубиками и обжарьте на смеси сливочного и растительного масла.
Добавьте нарезанный цукини. Нарезка может быть любая, но не слишком мелкая. Обжарьте все вместе в течение 2-3 минут.
Затем добавьте рис и прогрейте все вместе пару минут.
Влейте вино и помешивая, дайте алкоголю выпариться.
Затем огонь убавьте и помешивая время от времени, добавляйте по одному половнику бульона. Рис не должен плавать в жидкости.
За 10 минут до готовности блюдо посолите и поперчите. Добавьте очищенные креветки.
Все перемешайте и доведите до готовности. Ризотто с креветками и цукини готово. По желанию в конце можно добавить немного тертого на мелкой терке сыра.
