Описание приготовления:
Это простое блюдо можно готовить из любых видов макаронных изделий. Обязательно берите макаронные изделия из твердых сортов пшеницы, тогда они не переварятся и не расползутся в процессе приготовления. Свежие помидоры можно заменить на помидоры в собственном соку, а готовые макароны посыпать порезанной зеленью.

Макароны — 300 Грамм
Тушенка — 300 Грамм
Помидор — 140 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 100 Грамм
Масло растительное — 50 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный — По вкусу
Укроп — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Макароны с тушенкой, помидорами и луком»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления макарон с тушенкой, помидорами и луком. Помидоры вымойте и обсушите, тушенку достаньте из банки. Отварите макароны в кипящей, соленой воде до полуготовности и откиньте на сито, дайте ей стечь.
Сковороду поставьте на средний огонь, добавьте растительное масло и разогрейте. Лук очистите и мелко порежьте, помидоры порежьте кубиком. Выложите овощи в сковороду.
Обжаривайте овощи на среднем огне в течение 5-7 минут, перемешивая.
Тушенку разделите на кусочки и выложите в сковороду. Тушите все еще 4-5 минут, посолите, поперчите и готовьте еще одну минуту.
Добавьте в сковороду отваренные макароны, перемешайте и готовьте еще 3 минуты. Снимите сковороду с макаронами с огня и сразу подавайте к столу.
