Вода — 1 Литр
Хлеб ржаной — 30-40 Грамм
Сахар — По вкусу

В глубокую емкость всыпьте овсяные хлопья и выложите кусочек ржаного хлеба.

Залейте водой. Оставьте на сутки на столе, прикрыв крышкой.

Овсянка заквасилась, извлеките хлеб.

Овсянку процедите через сито или через марлю.

Овсяный кисель поставьте на огонь, добавьте сахар и соль по вкусу.

Варите кисель 3-4 минуты до желаемой густоты.
