Я обожаю этот вариант салата, и с большим удовольствием делюсь с вами — салат с грейпфрутом и печенью. Сочетание ингредиентов просто шикарное, этот вариант нравится всем моим гостям, пробуйте!

Описание приготовления:

Печень для салата я использую куриную, мне очень нравится. Также добавим салатные листья и немного красного сладкого лука. При желании можете взять дополнительно зелень. Заправить салат можно майонезом, но мне нравится просто сбрызнуть немного маслом.
