Описание приготовления:
Благодаря маринованию, горький привкус лука не ощущается во вкусе блюда, поэтому салат с удовольствием съедят даже дети. Если вы готовите блюдо для праздника, можно заранее перемешать все нарезки и хранить их в холодильнике, заправляя лишь перед подачей к столу.

Ингредиенты:
Ветчина — 200 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Огурец соленый — 2-3 Штук
Яйцо куриное — 1 Штука
Майонез — 2 Ст. ложки (любой жирности)
Уксус яблочный — 2 Ст. ложки
Мука пшеничная — 1 Ст. ложка
Вода холодная — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — 2 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 1 Щепотка

Как приготовить «Салат с маринованным луком и ветчиной»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Приобретите качественную ветчину или сделайте ее в домашних условиях сами.
Очистите от кожуры репчатый лук, промойте и нарежьте полукольцами. Выложите в глубокую емкость и влейте яблочный уксус или 6% уксус.
В отдельной глубокой емкости взбейте куриное яйцо с водой, щепоткой соли и мукой.
Прогрейте сковороду и обжарьте на ней яичные блинчики, выливая примерно по половине взбитой яичной массы и обжаривая блины по минуте с каждой стороны. Затем остудите их 5 минут.
Ветчину нарежьте брусочками и высыпьте нарезку в салатник или глубокую тарелку.
Соленые огурцы нарежьте такими же брусочками, срезая хвостики. Оставьте нарезку на 5 минут, чтобы выделился рассол и слейте его. Нарезку добавьте в емкость к колбасе.
Отожмите лук от маринада и добавьте в емкость.
Остывшие блинчики сверните рулетиком и нарежьте лентами, добавьте нарезку к остальным ингредиентам. Выложите майонез, посолите и поперчите блюдо. Аккуратно перемешайте.
Выложите салат на тарелку и подайте к столу, украсив свежей зеленью. Источник
