Ароматный и вкусный овощной суп-пюре для детей поможет вам накормить полезными овощами своих "нехочух", особенно если они не едят вареные овощи. Суп можно подать с сухариками или гренками.
Описание приготовления:
Красочный и ароматный суп-пюре из овощей наверняка придется любому ребенку по вкусу. По желанию можно добавить в него немного сметаны любой жирности или майонеза. Овощи можно использовать любые по вашему вкусу.

Очистите картофель, морковь и лук от кожуры, промойте в воде. Картофель нарежьте кружочками или кубиками, морковь — кольцами или полукольцами и высыпьте обе нарезки в емкость: кастрюлю или ковш.
Промойте кабачок в воде, срежьте хвостики. Используйте молодой плод без плотной кожуры и семян внутри. Нарежьте половину кабачка средними кубиками, а половину луковицы — мелкими. Добавьте нарезки в емкость.
Посолите, влейте воду и поместите емкость на плиту. Отварите овощи до мягкости примерно 20 минут с момента закипания жидкости в емкости. Дольше всего отвариваются морковь и картофель — они более плотные, поэтому проверяйте готовность овощей по ним.
Мягкие овощи вместе с овощным бульоном пересыпьте в глубокую емкость.
Отпюрируйте их погружным блендером до однородности. Если суп-пюре будет получаться густым, то можно добавить немного кипятка.
