Брокколи — 400 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 50 Грамм
Морковь — 1 Штука
Масло оливковое — 2 Ст. ложки
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Сливки 20% — 150 Грамм
Сыр твердый — 50 Грамм
Вода или бульон — 350 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Кето-суп из брокколи»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты по списку. Лук, морковь и чеснок почистите, помойте все овощи под проточной водой.
Влейте в сотейник с толстым дном оливковое масло, выложите в него измельченные лук и морковь, обжарьте до мягкости. При желании к оливковому маслу можно добавить немного сливочного.
Разделите брокколи на соцветия, добавьте их в сотейник, влейте горячую воду, овощной или куриный бульон. Варите все минут 8-10, не дольше.
Пробейте содержимое сотейника до пюреобразного состояния погружным блендером.
Влейте сливки, добавьте натертый твердый сыр, оставьте совсем немного для подачи.
Верните сотейник на плиту, доведите до кипения, помешивайте ложкой, чтобы сыр полностью растворился. Теперь суп можно посолить и поперчить по вкусу.
