Смузи тыквенный пирог

Делюсь рецептом смузи со вкусом тыквенного пирога. Он идеально подходит для зимнего времени года. На вкус сливочный и пряный, густой и плотный по консистенции.

Описание приготовления:

Подробнее, как приготовить смузи тыквенный пирог, я расскажу ниже. Вместо тыквы можно сразу взять тыквенное пюре, но оно должно быть густым по консистенции. Дополнительно по вкусу можно добавить подсластитель или финики, если естественной сладости вам не хватит. Банан лучше брать спелый, он слаще. Такой напиток хорошо насыщает, подойдет для легкого завтрака или обеденного перекуса.

Молоко овсяное — 1 Стакан
