В сковороду налейте растительное масло и разогрейте на среднем огне. Репчатый лук мелко порежьте и выложите в сковороду, обжаривайте в течение 4-5 минут.

Влейте в сковороду кипяток, перемешайте. Закройте крышкой и готовьте вермишель в течение 5-6 минут на медленном огне. Вода должна полностью впитаться, а вермишель полностью приготовиться.
Добавьте в сковороду порезанную зелень и тертый на средней терке сыр. Все перемешайте, снимите с огня и подавайте к столу.
