Куриное филе — 200 Грамм
Яйцо — 2 Штуки (вареное)
Морковь — 1 Штука (крупная)
Огурец маринованный — 2 Штуки
Майонез — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Салат с курицей и морковью»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Морковь очистите и выложите в кастрюлю. Добавьте куриное филе, налейте воду и отварите до готовности.
Готовую грудку и морковь нарежьте примерно такими же кубиками.
Салат можно выложить в глубокий салат или сформировать при помощи кулинарного кольца. Первым слоем положите куриное филе. Смажьте курицу майонезом, посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Далее выложите нарезанные огурцы.
Третьим слоем выложите яйца. Смажьте яйца майонезом, посолите и поперчите.
Последний слой — нарезанная морковь.
Посолите, поперчите и сделайте сверху сеточку из майонеза. Салат с курицей и морковью готов. Можно дать ему немного пропитаться или сразу подать к столу.
