Описание приготовления:
Такой легкий в приготовлении и нарядный салатик из авокадо, помидоров и консервированного тунца прекрасно подойдет для посиделок с подружками или любого другого праздника. Ингредиенты отлично сочетаются между собой. Мягкий ореховый вкус авокадо оттеняет легкую кислинку томатов и насыщенность консервированной рыбы. Ну а выглядит блюдо очень ярко и аппетитно!

Авокадо — 1 Штука
Помидоры — 2-3 Штук
Тунец консервированный — 160 Грамм
Сок лимона — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «Слоёный салат с тунцом, помидорами и авокадо»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Салат можно собрать в кольце, как у меня, или подать в небольших креманках, выложив слоями.
Помидоры поместите в кипяток на 1 минуту, чтобы снять кожицу, предварительно сделав пару надрезов на плодах.
Снимите кожицу у томатов.
Нарежьте мелким кубиком, если не очищать от семян, то откиньте нарезанные помидоры на сито и слегка придавите ложкой, чтобы стек лишний сок.
На блюдо установите сервировочное кольцо. Первым слоем выложите пюре из авокадо.
Поверх выложите нарезанные томаты.
Последним слоем выложите тунец. Утрамбуйте слегка салат.
Аккуратно снимите кольцо, украсьте салат ломтиком лимона, листиком петрушки и сразу подавайте к столу. Приятного аппетита!
