Красочный китайский суп готовится очень быстро, если вы заранее отварите мякоть говядины в течение 1 часа. Не забывайте добавлять различные специи и пряности, чтобы получить более яркий вкус блюда.
Описание приготовления:
Китайский суп готовится из половинок томатов и мякоти говядины. Вы можете добавить в него взбитые куриные яйца, создавая наподобие омлета, но это — по желанию. Если готовите блюдо и для детей, то замените острый соус на томатную пасту.

Помидор — 4-5 Штук
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка

Имбирь молотый — 3 Щепотки
Кориандр молотый — 3 Щепотки
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Лук зеленый — 1-2 Штук (стебля)
Соус острый — 1 Ст. ложка
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «Китайский суп с помидорами и говядиной»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Говядину заранее отварите в течение 1 часа. Бульон можно использовать для приготовления супа, если его процедить.
Промойте помидоры в воде и разрежьте их пополам. Срежьте зеленые сердцевинки. Лучше использовать небольшие плоды. Мясо нарежьте на части, прогрейте в казане растительное масло. Выложите в него половинки помидоров и нарезку мяса.
Добавьте подготовленные специи и пряности, всыпьте соль. По желанию можете добавить немного молотого черного перца. Выложите острый соус. Обжарьте все примерно 2-3 минуты.
Затем влейте процеженный бульон или горячую воду, аккуратно размешайте и тушите примерно 3-5 минуты до мягкости помидорной нарезки.
Как только помидоры станут мягкими, но еще будут держать свою форму — выключите нагрев.
Разлейте горячий суп с говядиной в тарелки. Промойте перья зеленого лука, измельчите и присыпьте ими приготовленное блюдо. Подайте к столу. Источник
