Наступающий год по восточному календарю будет годом Тигра. Хочу предложить для праздничного стола тематическое и очень вкусное блюдо, которое никого не оставит равнодушным.
Описание приготовления:
Приготовить салат "Тигровая ёлочка" достаточно просто. Картофель, огурцы, ветчина и яйца нарезаются кубиками, заправляются майонезом, перемешиваются и выкладываются на плоское блюдо в форме ёлочки. Остаётся лишь украсить салат тёртой варёной морковью и нарезанными маслинами. Просто, быстро, а самое главное — вкусно! Аналогично можно украсить любой подходящий салат, где гармонично будет сочетаться варёная морковь. Пусть новогодний стол у вас будет изобильным, а закуски яркими, вкусными и оригинальными!

Ингредиенты:
Картофель — 300 Грамм (отварной)
Огурцы солёные — 300 Грамм
Морковь — 300 Грамм (варёная)
Ветчина — 300 Грамм
Яйца — 3 Штуки (варёные)
Маслины — 50 Грамм
Майонез — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец чёрный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 8-10
Как приготовить «Салат "Тигровая ёлочка"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Морковь, картофель и яйца отварите заранее. Дайте остыть.
Картофель очистите и нарежьте небольшими кубиками.
Добавьте нарезанную примерно такими же кубиками ветчину.
Выложите салат на плоское блюдо в форме ёлочки, я использовала специальную форму.
Морковь натрите на мелкой тёрке, слегка посолите и выложите сверху. Маслины нарежьте полосками и украсьте в виде гирлянды, напоминающей тигровую окраску.
Салат "Тигровая ёлочка" готов. С наступающим праздником и приятного аппетита!
