Делюсь рецептом тушеной чечевицы с тыквой. Блюдо подойдет для постного и вегетарианского меню. Оно получается сытным, вкусным, с согревающей имбирной ноткой.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить тушеную чечевицу с тыквой. Время приготовления тыквы может отличаться, все зависит от сорта, ориентируйтесь на мягкость. По желанию в блюдо можно добавить измельченный перец чили, если любите острое. Готовится просто, подавать можно как самостоятельное блюдо или как гарнир.

Чечевицу промойте и отварите 20-25 минут. Она должна стать мягкой, но не разваренной.
Чеснок и имбирь мелко порубите. Морковь очистите и натрите на терке. Лук нарежьте кубиками. Обжарьте овощи на среднем огне 5 минут, постоянно помешивая.
Добавьте очищенную и нарезанную кубиками тыкву. Тушите на минимуме 10 минут под крышкой.
Затем добавьте нарезанные кубиками томаты, посолите и поперчите. Готовьте еще 10 минут под крышкой на среднем огне.
После добавьте чечевицу, перемешайте. Готовьте блюдо еще 3-4 минуты.
Перед подачей посыпьте блюдо мелко порезанной зеленью. Чечевица тушеная с тыквой готова, приятного вам аппетита! Источник
